Dhanush’s Kodi is directed by Durai Senthilkumar, who has earlier directed Ethirneechal and Kakki Sattai etc. Trisha and Anupama have played the female lead. Santhosh Narayanan has composed the music and Dhanush himself has produced the film.The team is planning to release the film on July 6 and Lyca has bagged the release rights of the film.Sources say that Lyca Productions has acquired the Tamil Nadu Theatrical distribution rights of ‘Kodi’ the first dual role flick of Dhanush who is also producing the film under his Wunderbar Films banner. Lyca Productions, the producers of Superstar Rajinikanth starrer, Shankar directed sci-fi entertainer ‘2.0’.
